How do I get “Today’s Deal”?
You can get the great deal by purchasing a voucher by clicking the “BUY NOW!” button. Make sure you buy the voucher before the time runs out!
Is it safe to use Indulge Living?
Yes, it is very safe! Your privacy and shopping safety is our priority, and that's why your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault for processing and never stored on our server.
I purchased my voucher but the status still says that it is still processing. How long do I have to wait before my voucher issued?
Your order was not complete through PayPal and you must cancel the existing order and comeplete the new order. No charge was settled if the voucher is "pending". If you require further assistance please contact Us
Where do I get the vouchers that I purchased?
Soon after the time to purchase the deal ends and the payment is processed, the vouchers will be issued and an e-mail will be sent to you with instructions on how to print the voucher
When do I pay for the tax and gratuity? The Fine Print section of the deal says it is not included in the voucher.
Please pay the tax and gratuity when you redeem your voucher.
How do I purchase gift vouchers?
Please click the “BUY NOW” button as with any normal purchase. Then, click on the “Give this voucher as a Gift” link located in the same section where you can change the quantity number. Fill in the details of the lucky person who you are buying the voucher for, and complete the order form as usual.
Is a paper printout of the voucher required? I do not have a printer or forgot to print it out.
Generally, it is recommended that you bring a printout of the voucher when you go to redeem it. In special cases, the business may allow you to redeem it by telling them your name and the voucher serial number (located on the top right corner of the voucher). We may in the future implement a system that allows for paperless voucher.
Am I able to use my voucher the same day that I purchase them?
The earliest you can use the voucher is after the time to purchase the deal ends.
How do I use the vouchers?
When you want to use your vouchers, bring a printout with you and show them to the staff when you arrive. The vouchers will be collected at the time of payment. It’s that easy!
Can I receive money back on the unused portion of my voucher?
The voucher has no cash value and unused portions cannot be refunded.
What happens to my vouchers if the business closes?
This will be an unusual case but we will be happy to get you reimbursed in the form of Dulge Dollars. If this happens, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

Oh no, I forgot to use my voucher before the expiry date! What can I do now?
According to the Gift Card Lesgislation of British Columbia, the voucher has no value after the expiration date. If you have any questions regarding this law, please contact Consumer Protection BC at 1-888-564-9963.
